Q:  How long is the cover going to last?
A: Our experience has been 12 – 20 years of useful life based on location and application.

Q: What is your warranty?
A: 10 year pro-rated on both frame and fabric for normal wear and tear.

Q: Are the trusses galvanized?
A:  YES!  All steel is either triple coat galvanized or hot-dipped galvanized.

Q: What is the fabric made from?
A: 12.5 oz./yd2 Woven HDPE scrim, Ultra-violet protective coating – 4 mil. average per side
Rip-stop material (translucent)

Q:  Can you repair the fabric?
A:  YES.  There are self adhesive fabric rolls or pieces that can be purchased.

Q:  What are the sidewall choices?
A:  75% of our structures are constructed on wood post walls.  Other options are: poured
concrete walls, precast concrete walls (highway barriers), cinder block walls, or steel truss
legs attached to concrete footing.

Q:  Can it be enclosed?
A:  YES.  Both ends and sides can be provided.  There are several ways to achieve this based on application.
It can be done with fabric or traditional building materials.  For doors, contact your local overhead door
vendor and we will build the door enclosure to the site specifications.  Our end panel system has versatility
so that you or the contractor can adjust for door size.

Q:  How much wind will these structures handle?
A:  Standard designs are rated for up to 90 mph winds.  Additional loading is obtainable for site specific applications.

Q:  How will this building handle snow loads?
A:  Standard design 25-30 lbs. based on foundation meeting spec.

Q:  How long will it take to put up?
A:  Depends on application, for example a 4,000 sq.ft. building would take a trained crew, with proper equipment 2-3 days.

Q:  What is the ballpark price?
A:  $3.00 – $5.00/sq.ft. for smaller profile buildings (30’- 50’)
$5.50 – $9.00/sq.ft. for medium width range (60’- 80’)
$8.00 & up for larger buildings (80’ – 160’)
Custom structures are quoted on an individual basis

Q:  Does the price include freight?
A:  No.  Freight is FOB our manufacturing site or can be picked up by customer.  It will be important to
communicate the type of transportation equipment needed.

Q:  Does pricing include installation?
A:  No.  The pricing is for the kit (frame and fabric).  50% of customers install on their own and 50% hire a
trained contractor or supervisor.

Option 1: Customer does it all by him/herself
Option 2: Hire a general contractor to do all the work for you
Option 3:  Hire a trained/skilled supervisor and customer supplies labor, material and equipment

Q:  What should I expect to pay for a contractor?
A:  Rates will vary based on your local market and application.

Q:  What maintenance is required on these buildings?
A:  There is minimal maintenance required, however it is important to ensure that your building remains
properly tensioned.

Q:  How long have you been in business?
A:  Our parent company has been manufacturing frame and fabric buildings for over 117 years in
Evansville, Indiana.  Our steel structure business unit is 15 years strong.

Q:  Where can I see one of these buildings?
A:  We currently have buildings in 14 states, call us and we’ll coordinate a site visit.

Q:  If I order it today, how long will it take to receive my kit?
A:  In general, 4-6 weeks

Q:  What is the standard bay spacing?
A:  10’ -12’, but may be modified based on custom applications.  See technical specifications.

Q:  What fabric colors are available?
A:  Standard colors are white, red, blue, green, sandstone.  Custom graphics and logos are available.
